CANCELLATION POLICY

At Davi Aesthetics Laser Lounge, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. However, as a solo owner-operated business, late cancellations and no-shows significantly impact our ability to serve our clients effectively. Therefore, we kindly request adherence to the following cancellation policy: Same-Day Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made on the day of the appointment will be subject to a $75 same-day cancellation fee. This fee compensates for the immediate loss of time that could have been offered to other clients. Late Cancellation Fee (Less than 48 hours’ notice): Clients who cancel their appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice will be subject to a $50 late cancellation fee. This fee helps offset the costs associated with scheduling adjustments and ensures fairness to both our clients and our business. Late Arrival Fee: We strive to provide exceptional service to all our clients, and promptness is essential to maintaining our schedule. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late to their appointment may be required to reschedule and will be subject to the late arrival fee of $25. No Call/No-Show Fee: Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice (no call, no show) will result in a $100 no-show fee. This fee compensates for the lost time and resources allocated for the appointment slot. Late Fee: Any outstanding balances resulting from same-day cancellations, late cancellations, late arrivals, or no-shows must be paid in full before scheduling any future appointments.
